Going to be placing a little more strict guidelines.. Ive been very very very very VERY VERY VERY lax with the way I've been running things. We need to get serious for the future if you ever want to see Kelthuzad and Malygos personally.
These are musts, i hate to be brutal.. but if you cant accomplish this, let us know and we will do our best to help you. You will not be allowed to raid if the criteria is not met. Plain and simple. I cant carry undergeared players for naxx.. u have to do heroics and gear up on off time. Crafted Epics are a decent way of getting the gear level if you need.. and the AH blues are very cheap and decent.
-GEM AND ENCHANT EVERY PIECE OF GEAR YOU HAVE (LOTS OF MATS IN THE GUILD BANK FOR THIS... USE IT!!!)
-NO MORE GREENS IN RAIDS.... HEROIC BLUES + MAYBE SOME QUEST BLUES. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. SEE PARAGRAPH 2.
-BE ON TIME, BE READY, HAVE CONSUMABLES. DON'T RELY ON FEASTS.
-And last but not least...... YOUR DPS MUST BE OVER 1700 ON BOSS ENCOUNTERS. ANY LESS THAN THIS IS PRETTY MUCH UNACCEPTABLE. TRAINING DUMMIES IN IF WILL GIVE YOU A GOOD IDEA OF WHERE YOUR AT.. HEROIC TRAINING DUMMY!!!
