Hopefully nobody is too disapointed by last night. We just dont have the resources at the moment to run a 25 man raid group. I think the consensus between officers etc was that we not run 25 man til we have 3 naxx groups rolling. We are missing key roles for our raids. We NEED another priest. We NEED a few more healers.
My other concern was the no shows at our 25 man. Not one of you stated you werent going to make it. Thats disapointing.
So guess what?! We are going back to basics! starting next week im going to be slating 10 man naxx for 1 night ONLY!!! That means a 1 night clear for both groups.. Ill be posting info on that in the naxx section later.
Further.. There is no "Me" in Guild. There will be heroic nights starting this week. 25 man on saturday is officially cancelled. Replaced with Heroic night! I'd like everyone to take this opportunity to take a few hours of their time and help each other out. I feel this will enable us to work better as a team, get to know each other better, and gear us up at the same time. This will also tell me who is serious about getting the job done. If you care so little to help the guild then pug naxx on your on time, and dont waste mine/ours.
Me personally, as well as others have worked very hard the last couple of months gearing up. I had completed 10 man content before xmas even rolled around. There is very little for me to gain by doing this. Those of you that need upgrades need to let someone know.. im going to add a gear thread that i would like everyone to post in and address the issues of the upgrades you need from heroics. I'll pool those together who need to run said instances and go from there. This is a test.....
I'd like us to pass rather than fail..
Heroics will also give officers and others a good measure of your ability to play the role of your class. This will open up opportunities to figure out which areas you can improve on to make future 10/25 man content easier to clear.
On top of this they will allow the guild as a whole to gain mats for enchanting everyone’s gear for free (not a huge deal but another perk of choosing to do heroics).
